Not quite right? You can return any shirt within 14 days of delivery.
Our 14-day returns promise
You can return shirts within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided they’re returned in the same condition you received them — unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the shirt(s) you’re returning.
- We’ll send you a returns reference within 1 working day.
- Pack the shirt securely and post it to: Unit 7, Kit Bag Works, 42 Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 6AB, United Kingdom. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we’ll inspect it and refund you within 5 working days, using the same method you paid with. Original delivery charges are refunded if you return the whole order. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
Because most of our shirts are one-offs, we can’t guarantee a straight swap. Return the shirt for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Faulty or not as described
If a shirt doesn’t match its description or condition grade, contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll cover return postage and offer a full refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
